So long as you have the 360 PC controller attachment hooked up, yeah.

I don't know why they classify Assassin's Creed as an RPG--more action than anything--but it's definitely worth $5. Make sure you have a 360 controller or something similar though, I tried playing it without and it was cumbersome to say the least.
