Got one around noon today, they got at least 5 calls about them while I was doing the trade-in. Their system was still messed up so I got the extra $25 credit for the Xbox too. I imagine they sold out pretty quickly though the way the phone calls were coming in.

I'd call first. They probably still have to wait for the truck to come.

I feel bad enough taking my WORKING 360 in. It's 3 years old but never given me a single problem. Who knows how long it will last though.

To clarify, you can do the license transfer at xbox.com/drm -- there's a helpful Major Nelson video up there that will tell you pretty much everything you need to know. You'll need your new one online and signed in while you do it, and also you can only transfer the licenses once every 12...

It's worth it to not have a jet engine taking off in my room. EDIT: I bought one of the pros that came with the component hybrid cables. Do you think they'd let me give them the composite cable out of the new 360 S instead? I don't want to have to buy a set of components if I already have one :/
