Some folks seem to think this means you're allowed to preorder a console with this. As of now it just means when you go buy it theyre going to try to push this on you.

That's actually not a bad idea because that way they (hopefully) should know if they got a shipment in. Thanks folks. I'm also open to any additional ideas.
