is there any way you could explain to me how to test that? I'm a tad new to working on this stuff and using a multimeter etc.

I do have the correct power cables I also have 5 other working sega cds lol 4 model 2s and 1 model 1 along with 140 segas lol this one tho I replaced the fuse and the lights lit up for a second and then now the darn thing wont power on at all and I tested the fuse again and it isn't the fuse and...

I just bought a bunch of retro game stuff and im trying to fix one of the model 1 sega cds. The console will not power on at all even after replacing the fuse and testing the fuse. Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions on how to get this beast running again?
