This is what I got, and it is quite odd, since the DLC would have been free anyway, and the email doesn't list the game itself. I still have pending charges for Fable and Just Dance, but I can't tell if they will fall off or not yet.

Well, it seems to have only affected games coming out this week from what folks are reporting, so it's not like every preorder is being comped. I also can't tell from the notification if it is talking about a particular one of my two orders, or both in general, since no other details are included.

Not sure what you are seeing, but I still see most of the games with the promo as available for pre-order. NFS, JD4, and Dishonored are OOS, for example, but even this week's Fable the Journey is still available.

At least right now, Fable is still available to be added to a cart.

Got the same response. But given the pre-order offers, it's unclear what will happen to them if the orders are actually cancelled.

Just got emails for Just Dance 4 and Fable, same as other folks. Trying online chat. Both games still listed with same offers online too.

I've been watching my JR.com pre-order and getting all those periodic backorder notices, but at this point I'm beginning to suspect I should have gone with Fry's instead of JR.com.

Is it commonly possible to match such temporary, but unadvertised sales at BB? I would prefer to get it there, but how do you prove the price? Bring in a photo on your phone? My BB stores are not the worst, but also not the most cooperative either when it comes to pricematching.

I was really hoping Best Buy would carry the Dark Edition, but it doesn't seem like they will - a shame, especially since they have the best pre-order bonus. I guess GameStop it is then, reluctantly.
