Joke from last go around, someone ALWAYS asks this and it's answered about 100 places throughout the thread and another dozen on the Club Bing website.
I just (last night) received a shipping email for a $15 magazine card, ordered 4/14. both of my 2 son's accounts got flagged, but the address apparently isn't banned, which is good news.
The captchas pop up because you type the words too closely together, just find a rythem that doesn't get captchas, I don't know the exact timing, but roughly a second in between each word works.
I'm pretty convinced they're just behind, one member of my household has Gears of War and Zoo Tycoon (both ordered 3/30) with no shipping information, and another account has the XBox media remote (ordered 4/1), also with no shipping information. I find it unlikely they've been banned as we've...

Your bonus tickets won't show up immediately, it takes around 72 hours (3 days) for the bonus tickets to show up in your account.

That happens to me a lot, refresh your browser, that usually does the trick. If it doesn't, you might need to clear your browser's cache. I have 6mb internet that is pretty solid, so it's probably not to be blamed on your internet connection, and more likely just the site or the game's coding...
