I waited 5 days after contacting Best Buy for my $10 rewards for Destiny 2 PC. An employee emailed me this morning asking what game it was that I ordered, so I told him Destiny 2 and gave him my order number. He emailed me back and said Destiny 2 released on 9/6 and because I did not pick it up...

Just got off the phone with them. Took a little while longer to get to Rewards rep then I thought it would. They said they'll give me my 500 points or $10 gift card within 3-5 days, so sadly it was not instant like you got.

I also did not receive my Destiny 2 PC points. How do we report this to get it fixed? I tried the report missing points, but that seems to be if you didn't get any points at all.

What is wrong with complaining that they missed their delivery and hoping they give me compensation? I ordered from both Amazon and Best Buy and canceled the Amazon order in hopes of Best Buy pulling through. It doesn't make the release date delivery so I have the right to complain I see nothing...

My Fire Emblem SE order from Best Buy got delayed and I won't receive until 10/24 now. I used the online chat to demand for some compensation and they would not give it to me, so I had to call in to their support number. They say on their end they still see expected delivery date is 10/20 even...

My Best Buy SE order just changed from Pre-ordered to Preparing your item for shipping. I even go the delay email yesterday.   Don't change any order details people!

Ordered a Charizard amiibo for instore pick up at Walmart this morning. Got the email that my amiibo is ready to be picked up then it gets canceled in the next 5 minutes.....

I had a preorder for the BloodBorne CE back before the Preorder bonus was announced. My game arrived yesterday and I never got a DLC code. Did this happen to anyone else? I ordered at Best Buy btw. I'll probably have to email customer service about this.

Same thing just happened to me. My Rewards history shows that I got the 500 points from COD AW, but it was redeemed right away and I have no gift certificates showing. I even tested to see if it shows up if I order something and it does not. Now I lost my 500 points for no reason. Buggy system...

Anyone know if you can change the T-Shirt size from pre-ordering the CE from Bamco website? I'm not fat so the XL size is way too big. Curse Bamco and thinking all gamers are fat.
