I'm not sure if you're talking about the Washington, DC area, but I checked out the Costco in Gaithersburg, MD and there is no deal going on there. All normally priced $59.99 titles ring up for $53.99 and $49.99 titles at $43.99. Seems like this is definitely a YMMV deal.

I also got mine from BB/Gamerush (in Athens, GA) today, but like many stores that take preorders they only had enough for those that preordered the system.

The other DVD Set is Season 1 of American Family, which I did see and forgot to add. Lowest price on pricegrabber is $45.99.
