So to get a Level 2 to 3 code, I need to buy a drink that comes in the paper cups?

Got a code for the Heroes skin pack, but my PS3 can't read Blu Rays, so long story short it's useless to me. I'd love to trade it for something I could actually use, although I doubt anyone's interested.
