Atlantic Superstore in Yarmouth, N.S has these on sale and there were several of both the 1400 and 2800 cards in stock. So....confirmed in the East even though our superstore flyer didn't list the deal.

It's more that the independent circuits charge each battery fully, but when they charge in pairs, each battery only gets charged until one is full. Since batteries discharge at different rates, this will leave one with less power than the other. It's just harder on the battery health, I think.

It applies to a lot of chargers but not all. The 1 hour charger mentioned in a previous post can charge 1-4 batteries. Independent charging circuits are a handy feature.

Just a heads up that the charger only charges 2 or 4 batteries and it's an overnight charger, if the specs on it are correct. Might not matter to most but some people want a charger that charges a single battery.

I got in on this deal last week but just a heads up for those who are still interested in buying this - the Source is clearing these out for $84.96 as of today. If you can find stock in a local store it's a fantastic deal...

The website didn't show the deal in my area either, but it was listed in store. Best bet is to check again tomorrow and maybe call another store and see if they have it on.

Just picked up a controller for $29.99 at my local Atlantic Superstore. The deal is listed in the flyer for RCSS, but wasn't in the flyer for Atlantic Superstore, yet it is still on. $30 off on new controllers is a great deal.

Just got a quick look at the flyer starting this Friday and noticed that both the 1400 and 2800 point cards are back on sale for $5.00 off regular price. I guess they're hoping that we can't figure out that two 1400 cards save more than one 2800. Guess they're following Staples' example :P

Looks like those who missed the superstore deal on the 2800 point cards get another chance. Staples is selling the 1400 and 2800 points cards for $5 off each. Buying two 1400 cards puts this deal on par with the recent superstore deal. The 12 month live card is also on for $49.93 for anyone that...
