Unfortunate, but not a surprise. Pillars 1 launched in a similar state. I've mostly been playing the big Stardew Valley beta patch (which has been fairly stable and bug-free if you avoid the multiplayer).

White March is Quite Good. Don't worry too much about your class, though. You can fully respec your character if you import a save into Pillars 2.

It is indeed a (semi-complete) list of the pets in Pillars 2. I'm disproportionately excited about that bit because apparently there's going to be a room on your ship where all of your inactive pets hang out and play.

Very nice. Gives me a bit of time to play it before my annual "what if I just fucked off into the woods for a couple months" period.

While slated for Q1 2018, I'd be pretty surprised if it didn't get pushed back to the summer.
