Same here, I've ordered Metroid Prime back in August and never received it. As of January, after constantly asking them to reship me the item, they never did even though they promised it. Asked for a refund, e-mailed twice for it, 3 weeks went by, still nothing. Definitely stay away from...

Hmmm, www.ebgames.ca removed the flyer of that promotion. Wonder if it'll still work. Just called my EB. The promotion should officially start this Friday (November 7th).
