Only if it is sold by Amazon. At the moment it looks like they are sold out of Special Editions so they wont come with the promotion.

I waited until today to see if they would but they did not so I canceled my preorder. I will just go pick it up at K-Mart. I only want the standard edition so I don't have to worry about shortages. Il just swing by and get it in the morning.

Im talking about the first one not the second. Yeah $20 would be good for me too. My brother has had it for some time but he hasn't played it much since no one else is playing. Its a game that is much better with other people instead of AI. If I get it I will probably play it with him.

No you can turn it off Once you activate it: Go to "Your Account" then under settings "Manage Prime Membership" and select "Do Not Auto upgrade" and it wont.
