You can get Callisto for $5 dollars or it is included in this month of PS Membership

For less than 50 bucks the statue is of good quality, but if you have no interest in the game at all then I would pass

I would recommend buying regular headphones as you will get better audio and build quality for the price vs buying a headset made for gaming unless you want one with a microphone built in.

Which brand of gift cards? Will work fine for Xbox, PS, and Steam related cards (should also work for the various game currency cards as well), will not work for Visa Prepaid cards, Home Depot, and other stores. Not sure on Netflix cards though

Only DLC included for games would be GOTY Editions or Definitive Editions of the games that were released on Gamepass. Unlikely that dlc will be included right away since they will attempt to recoup some more of the development cost before doing so
