Wait, this is a thing? So if I'm clear, you sign up for EA Access and you can play all those games via digital download on your XB1 and have full access for the duration of you paying for it? Do the games go away after the 1 year subscription ends?

What's to say I didn't own the game and wanted the digital versions? And anyone who bought it had that disclaimer as well, that they legally need to own the games in order to keep the preloaded games

I'll probably catch flack for this, but I modded my last Nes Classic (added 650+ US Roms to it) and sold it on ebay for $295. Just snagged two of these bundles just now for $295 total after tax and handling fees, so they pretty much just paid for itself :)
I still definitely want to own one...
