Does anyone know if Ubisoft will replace activation codes? The activation code I have has been redeemed.

I just got a used copy of Rainbow 6 Siege on Ebay and the Activation Code has already been used, before the seller ships, does anyone know if they will give a replacement code if you have the old code?
