I was just at Best Buy in Tempe, AZ and they had this deal. It was a choice of one only. I just couldn't do it since I didn't really care for the freebie and the tax is killer :\

How is this game rare? It's always in-stock at Fry's Electronics. They usually ahve 10 copies you can walk in and purchase brand new for 30 bucks.
