You should be able to log in and request they resend the confirmation email for your records. Shouldn't have an issue doing that, then it's MCR time.

You should be able to go to emusic.com and sign in with the "I forgot my password" button. Get your new password, sign in, and submit a request for your order confirmation. Then enjoy downloading some of the music you'd like to while wondering where all the good stuff is!

Audible.com finally credited via MCR. 15 days after filing the MCR, and 47 days after signing up. Luckily I like audio books, and can use the current promotion to download 3 audio books with the two credits I've earned. Now they need to add DJ Hero...

Day 32 since signing up for Audible. I just sent my MCR and have been charged for a second month. I'm pretty confident it'll credit, and I can't complain about two audiobooks. Will update accordingly.
