Does anyone know what TRU's policy is with pre-orders? I put $20 down on something months ago and never picked it up. Do I have $20 credit there or did they just eat my money?

If I buy Resistance 3, Space Marine and Dead Island at K-Mart are all once will I get three coupons? And can I use them all at the same time for the next game I want?

How does this work? If I go pick up Dead Space 2 at K-Mart tomorrow will the cashier automatically know to give me a 1600 MS Point card or do I have to do something?
