When did the Zune drop to 30,000 tickets (was 38,500 I believe)? That seems a slightly more reasonable amount. I got one long ago when they were still 20,000. They certainly aren't the newest mp3 players, but they hold a lot and are the best thing I've ever gotten from this program.

I got a refund notice for Kameo as well... which I recieved back in November.

Clear your cookies and temporary internet files and try again. For some reason this happens a lot, but that usually fixes it.

Yep, same thing happened to me. It happened right around midnight, like as of today my lifetime points had been zeroed, but my current points were correct.
