I see the same thing at most of NYC stores with $20 steam cards being the lowest normally. I happened to find a stack of them in a store I usually don't go to. Hopefully they have them there next month.
I ended up playing the game most of the time the normal way with looting, as that is the only to access the end game raid. You need to at a certain level before you have access to it. The game is only okay, but multiplayer should be make it better. Most of the quests are the repeating type...
Don't worry, Ubisoft has a gaming month membership trial in September on PC. It's includes Division 2, so my plan is to play the campaign with my brother once it starts.
The free copies of Destiny 2 are confirmed to be part of the 3 limit. So anyone getting more than 3x copies may get a ban hammer soon.

So I am not sure if this a nationwide policy, but a local gamestop said on Monday in a conference call all gift cards outside gaming related cannot be purchased with trade credit/gift cards anymore.

I thought it was only gift cards that worked, so you had to buy gift cards with trade credit then you could buy amazon cash. Even this option is dead now.
