I got my copy of Halo 3 ODST for 34.50 with shipping, and the game is in great shape, along with the case. I ordered it on Thursday, had my rental until Tuesday, was shipped out on Monday, and took 5 days to arrive. So definitely not 2-3 days for shipping when it got shipped out on Monday...
