Zeno Clash has been discounted throughout Steam's Autumn sale. It's supposed to be one of the better indie games from a couple years ago. Can Amazon price match such deeply discounted titles?
Steam
Amazon
Thanks for price matching the Silverfall games. I'll pick them up along with the Fear pack today. January should be fun with all the credits you guys are handing out!
I've been waiting for these to go on sale. Thanks for the heads up. And thanks MysterD for the tip on installation.
Too bad Amazon isn't price matching - their promo credit incentives are nice.
Please consider putting the Borderlands DLC on sale too for those of us who already have the base game and some DLC. You'd actually be price matching Steam by doing this, but I prefer to buy from Amazon when possible.
Alpha Protocol is not a Steamworks game. For whatever reason though the GMG version of this game does use Steamworks. I guess Sega decides what version it wants to give out.
I like how Amazon tries to have DRM free and Steam options, but I also understand they need to be careful not to promote...
My best pickup this year from Amazon was probably Divinity II: DKS. You guys patched out the hardware DRM and put it on such a huge sale when it was still a relatively new title.
Any update on whether or not a Binary Domain pre-order sale might be part of this early April promotion? Steam used to give an April 6 release date, and now it just says April 2012. Either way, it's getting close. I'll definitely pre-order the game, and I hope it can be from Amazon.
I'd be interested in this too. It gets good user reviews, so I hope you guys don't pass it up (release is set for April 6). It looks like it'll be a Steamworks title, and I'm definitely fine with that. I prefer to buy my Steam games on Amazon anyway in case I ever have to deal with customer service.
The DLC is just a mini-game inside of a mini-level. I actually look at the content of what I'm buying - I don't just look at a $1.50 price tag on DLC for games I own and click 'buy'.
