Got my 360 this christmas (bundle with arcade unplugged, play n charge and extra controller from costco) everything worked except the HDD was just dead. So i returned the whole thing, they dont exchange it, they just give you a gift card with the whole price on it.

OK another question, when you PM do you just show them the other ad at the cashier and say "Will you pricematch this?" or do you have to see the customer service people?

so im guessing picematch is something where you show the BB ppl that their competitor (cc in this case) has a lower price so BB will lower their price for you? EDIT: NVM, ty rice
