I bought it. Found out the full game is for the PS4 only and the DLC is for both system. Do not bother with it.

Forget the 128GB. Just give me a Vita 3000 with 500GB installed, longer battery life or a removable battery like the PSP, be able to have more than one profile on it, and be able to play physical games.

You can store it on your PC with the USB that comes with the Vita (Any third party USB does not work). When you copy the game to your PC, it will also copy your game saves (So you do not need to have plus to back-up saves), any updates for that game (You do not need to redownload the update)...

1.6GB to install and 1.7GB for the update. Also, save often for the vita.

They are not IP locked. More like Region Free.

Crackdown and Halo 3 needs VPN and Dead Rising 2 is region free.
