Got a package delivered by ups yesterday. Looks like it went through a war zone, ripped completely in half and sloppily taped together with the contents exposed. Needless to say one of the games is missing. Looks like I get to call customer service

Bought 24 games with the B2G1 deal over the weekend. Received 19 of them so far. 18 of the 19 came in generic cases. I must have the worst luck so far.

My purchase of new games were shipped out right away Sunday. My preowned games purchase is still preparing for shipment.

This company is so terrible.  I had a complete B2G1 order cancelled that I used a gift card on.  I can check the balance of it online and it says insufficient funds aka $0.00.  I called customer service to have the funds put back on.  They said they are having issues with gift card balances but...

The Gamestop App has a working preowned link to The Sinking City.  I know you won't get the 4/20 deal but at least you can order a preowned copy of it.

I like how some of my games say waiting product availability and when I look at the game online it says in stock for shipping for the preowned copy.......

Got shipping information for 3 orders I put in at 3am yesterday. None of my orders had big games like Mario. Still waiting on a bunch of other orders to ship
