No phone number. I got sent to the service desk because the cashier thought the PSN card was hardware. Service girl scanned the PSN card then coupon then asked for $5. I didn't get an email receipt either so I'm sure it didn't use my sywr membership.

I used a coupon and they didn't ask nor scan my sywr card and it worked on a $20 PSN although they would only let me pay with cash.

Picked up PS3 TV superstars .01 and received the coupon.

There is a game only version, it's $4.97 at Sears.

I printed the page out and went to circuit city and they price matched it for me in store. 31.99 for 3 month live kit and .01 for Rainbow six 3. You may want to try that.
