It's probably because it was stickied on the front page with a plea to donate. Most likely there were a lot of people who either didn't see it originally, or saw it and said "I'll get around to it later" and forgot. Last year it was stickied at the top of the main page, and thus was far more...
One suggestion, try entering your information the EXACT way it appears on your billing statement (ie, if on the billing statement it has street and apartment number on one line, it needs to all go in the first line of the form - or capitals, etc.)

I preordered from Amazon, and that's how my copy showed up as well. When I saw the package in the mail, I had been curious if they'd forgotten the preorder item, as there wasn't room for a jewel case and the game.
It is a report, as I think I and several other CAGamers took advantage of it. Also, although the site specialized in refurbs, I believe all of the 60 gig ps3's being sold by them are just damaged box/cosmetic damage units, not refurbished ones.
Cheapy - For those of us who donated via credit card through the widget, will it track the e-mail address used for the payment? (As it did not require a PayPal log in?)
