Anyone else had trouble contacting Trainn? I ordered a Halo 3 Wireless Headset on November 14th. It shipped around November 19th. I still have not received the headset. I have sent Trainn 3 emails and submitted a support ticket, no response. I submitted the support ticket on November 29th...
