I picked up a Sims 4 expansion pack on sale at Target recently. Inside, there's two sheets each with a different product key. The sheets look the same; both seem to be for the full expansion. (It's not like buying a game where one code is the game and another is for bundled DLC.)

For DOA5U owners, there is also the Complete DOA5 Costumes pack for the same $20 price, same 81 costumes included. Lists at 100KB, so you wouldn't have to deal with 100+ individual downloads, apparently. You don't get the characters for Core Fighters, but don't really need them with the disc anyway.
So I have DOA5U on disc. Read most of the thread, but still a little unclear (not surprising I guess). To clarify:
This pack adds most costumes that were released as DLC for DOA5 vanilla and DOA5+, that aren't on the DOA5U disc, but not all?
It does not add any costumes released as DLC for...
