The red boxed variants for the Nintendo games have their own unique SKU. So, unless they updated the price on the originals, they still might scan in at $59.99 still. Just be cautious of this.

Unless there's a sale, their selection and prices are pretty poor. It's those Staples Coupons + Price Matching that make them such a great place to shop.

If you have store credit, like you said, the promotion is well worth it. You end up getting the credit back, anyway, so you may as well enjoy it. Test out a bunch of games, and if one peaks your interest, you can keep an eye out for it when it goes on sale.

$59.99 is returned onto an EDGE Card, which is tax-inclusive. The "return" is processed as a trade-in, and the game that is being traded-in is valued at it's TIV + price override to get it up to the sale price. The tax is irrelevant. ;)
