Ok, so no madden 15 cert yet... this is my first 10 dollar cert but i am assuming they would show up in my account like points earned?  With this much time laspsed is it time to contact besty buy?

They shipped it over a week ago. There is no good reason not to offer release date delivery. I have always recieved my games the day they were released from amazon, microsoft store, or new egg. hell, walmart even delivered my game and xb1 a day early. if they want to compete with those...

That is pathetic. The customer service is garbage, been transferred incorrectly to corporate swithboard, then disconnected. (and disconnect a 2nd time) I can't believe a company the size of bestbuy can't do release date delivery. what the hell is the point of preordering a game if they don't...

So I didn't get my copy of sniper elite 3 on today.. is this a common problem for bestbuy?  I preordered weeks ago.

Two questions: 1.  Can I preorder games that don't come out until after my reward certs expire as long as I preorder before they expire? 2.  If I preorder a game that has no 10 dollars extra reward cert and then they later add it, do I get the reward still? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, that makes sense (elite), but i do have it set for 20 dollar certs (the highest available option)but it still issues them every 5 dollars!  

question for anyone:  I read on here how some of you are 'banking' points.  How are you doing this?  I have the setting set for issue at 20 dollars and they STILL issue me a cert every 5 dollars... i need to call customer service on that but i am much more interested in saving them up
