Is it just me, or is there a delay in shipping the 360 controllers?

I got my 10k Camera and Camelbak today

UPS attempted to deliver my Canon Powershot SD 850 but I wasn't home. Won't be home tomorrow either.

I sent an email to them, and that's what they replied

They said the Canon Powershot SD850 IS is on backorder

Is EVERY prize shipped by UPS? Because I've been checking my mailbox everyday, thinking USPS will deliver my prizes

Won't they just tell me that the estimated date hasn't come yet and to wait?

Now I'm really starting to get worried. My 10k point camera has an estimated ship date of March 3rd, and there's all these people who have had their orders cancelled for unknown reasons. The site will close before my order ships and I'm not sure if they'll even have a support section up after it...

To those who had their orders cancelled, can you think of any way they could have thought you were cheating? Like having multiple tabs open?
