That's the problem. The Walmart folks that don't know anything about it are afraid to make a 300-400 dollar price error if they adjust it, and don't want to lose their job.

I got to my Walmart at 6:30 AM and had to argue with employees for almost two hours (I wasn't going to leave, I knew at some point it was going to drop) until one of them scanned it again and it popped up the clearance price. I would assume that this is a download from corporate so I can't...

Very few Targets, if any, carry them in store. Target.com put them up for the clearance price about 10:30 last night and they sold out in 10 minutes (they were listed through Amazon as well). I got two at Walmart this morning after a protracted ordeal with a few employees.
