I can confirm that this works from the UK. I had a USA 360 account anyway, and registered with Raptr and linked it. The, whilst using a proxy to trick Raptr in to thinking I was from the US (I use Proxy Switchy! for Chrome), I was eligable for the reward. Signed up for a free month of Gold...

Only works with US account, otherwise it says "Not valid in your region." You can always just use a dummy account to download it, though.

I meant console locked, sorry. I meant, are they shareable in the way Aegis Wing/Yaris is free on any console (completely lacking DRM), or are they sharable in the way that any DLC is on the same console?

Are those games that were temporarily free profile locked, or DRM free?

Instead of messing about with USB sticks or customer service, you can now apparently download it straight from the marketplace. Hexic HD It's no more 'illegal' that downloading a game from another region (i.e. downloading Aegis Wing to a UK address).
