anyone got the SKU numbers?

When They reprinted radiant historia without the box cover and cd, my local bestbuy's and gamestop never got any copy's of it and they still don't. and i live in a semi big city amazon was the only place i could find to get it. so dragon quest V might be a reprint or it might not. i have no idea

tried calling customer service but it not working i get to the point where i put my order number in followed by the pound key, then they tell me to put in the 5 digit zip code followed by pound.... Then it says invalid entry and i start the whole process over. any ideas?
