It didn't print out for me when I did the trade-in yesterday around noon PDT. The cashier mentioned to her coworker that it had worked earlier in the day. They ended up ringing up a standalone State of Decay 2 digital code and zeroing out the transaction for me.

I usually manually set DNS for devices accessing PSN to Google's public DNSs and it seems to speed things up. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

I think they're having some issues with their site and connecting to other retailers at the moment. I'd connected to all retailers and now it's displaying that I don't have any connected with an intermittent banner of cannot connect to Vudu right now. I'd give it until later to give it a try...
