Just received my 2 2DS systems and white elite controller. The Elite controller came with the original box and everything besides the USB cord and batteries. At first I thought it may have been a brand new one that they converted to pre owned for some reason since there was a "New" sticker...

From my understanding, the retailer had the option to include the game with it or not. I looked into this and looked up some unboxing videos on it last night and that's what one of the people mentioned and theirs didn't have the game inside from release.

The promo works for accessories? I traded in a few Wii remotes yesterday and didn't get the bump and the promo says game trades only.

Basically the employee gave me the 20% bonus for Crash twice

So I traded about $130 worth of stuff in yesterday (After Pro) and traded towards Crash on Switch. I ask if the promotion went through, couldn't tell since the last 4 things on the little card reader screen were controllers which don't get the trade bonus and I forgot to do the math before going...

Yep, I have the original black Elite controller (Which I plan to trade in if the white one is in nice condition). So I'll make sure to test everything out, thanks for the look out. Side note for people wondering if an Elite controller is worth it, I personally love it, has a nice heavy / solid...
