Hmm...I just bought a copy from best buy last week for 39.99 during the b2g1(wasn't the free game), which is unopened. Not sure if I have the receipt though :-/. Should I be able to return it? I want to hop in on the amazon deal plus with my livingsocial gc, would make it a pretty decent deal.

Sooo.....who buys games release date/first week just to trade in same week? Why not just eBay it?
