I have the SOCOM game, camera, and a gun. If I sent those all in a box would it be considered acceptable? Or do I need to find the move controllers as well?

Lesson learned for me. Next time I'll take pictures of it. The good thing it was only a $4 loss but its just annoying that they say it was damaged when I know for a fact they are brand new.

Does the extra $2 work when trading in the games with the games that have the trade in before X and get $40, such as GTA5? Or does it just give the base value plus $2?

I traded in my Wii U, how long from when they get it do they usually test it out and send out the payment?  They have had it processing for nearly a week.  It worked fine when I sent it, but I cam getting worried.
