Like I said, I think BBY will offer MK replacements on a case by case basis. For me, I try to establish a rapport with the CS person, be sincere and honest, and try not to use harsh words like livid, upset, angry etc. "Disappointment" is a good word to use to convey your dismay.

I preordered these back in December, didn't have GCU back then. If they billed me for these, will they automatically apply the GCU discount?
