Personally? My money would be on Symphony of the Night. It's a classic (and rightly so), has you exploring a massive castle (and if you play it right, even more than just that), has so many hidden items, rare drops, and unique things all throughout that it takes dozens of hours to get them all...

Used to, many years ago. Ran through the game a few times, ascended, easily made around 80 million meat or so, bought multiple Mr. Accessories for stat/lifetime account purposes, then got wrapped up in other things. Funny little jaunt of a game, though.
