Same thing I did. I was on 4.5. didn't touch 1st partition. Deleted everything on 2nd partition. copied contents of V5 to flashdrive then ran addonX tool. Working fine. I though you need 2 USB drives but guess this still works.

Oh cause I posted my 3DS online for sale stating that it's an Ambasador Program handheld. So what happens if I dont transfer it to the new 3DS XL but logout my account there. Will the buyer still be able to play the Ambasador games? So if I don't transfer it from my old 3DS to the new XL I can't...
