I called today and was told $25.

With the current consolde trade in offers can I trade an XB1 (250) and X360 (100) for a total of 350 towards a new XB1? 

My preorder got canceled too, with an email subject line: "Cancellation request accepted."  Except I did not make a request. Call with MS was not helpful, rep thinks maybe payment issue, which is bs. I used paypal. Not sure about game for now anyway, was tempted by the $10 credit.

Took the challenge 3 times this week. Between the vouchers and pre-order bonuses I figured I end up with: Forza Horizon Halo 4 Black Ops 2 3 - 1600 point cards 1 - $10 store credit. All for $120!

Went to newly opened store in Huntington (Walt Whitman Mall). I had to ask for the offer. Used $25 voucher for 1600MS points and $10 Halo4 pre-order (layed out $4.99). May return tomorrow for Forza Horizon.
