Those kind of promotions haven't been around for a long time yeah, as well as Sony completely destroying their Sony Rewards program into becoming mostly useless last year. Just another step on their way towards seemingly more arrogance for next gen, in my view.

I used to use Sony Rewards quite a bit, but for some reason never did utilize the trophy passes system much when it was around for barely a year. I did like that my CapitalOne PlayStation credit card still had the older rewards program of earning 10% back on PSN purchases, but a few months ago...

This a nice way to help counter the fact that starting today Illinois people have to pay sales tax on PSN purchases. Also nice timing since my PlayStation credit card from Capital One is suddenly being switched over to Comenity Bank, so who knows if it'll earn Sony Rewards points at 10-12%...

Well like I said earlier I paid for a regular order with steelbook, minus the GCU and 25% discount, yet got shafted with a bubble envelope. Kind of surprising too as Best Buy usually sends out amiibos and even some standard game cases in boxes to me. Guess they're cutting costs.

Yeah I'd second the suggestion to use the customer service forums for help. I've had several issues in the past on getting refunded points when returning some orders that were used with redeemed My Best Buy points, missing $10 preorder credits, missing preorder bonuses like the Smash Bros...

I feel like I'm the only person online that legitimately ordered the game and the steelbook, rather than game the system with the return/cancel thing. But at least I got it discounted with my ending GCU price and the 25% off coupon.

after several attempts of adding the Pikachu + Pokeball bundle to the cart, suddenly it worked with adding the Steelbook case with the order. So I guess the deal has gone live now.  Paired with my almost-expired GCU and the 25% off coupon I got for GCU ending, it ended up being $65.54, not too...

How did you see this....did you already go through with an order of Let's Go on its own and the order updated to show the steelbook after checking out?

anyone have luck getting the steelbook to be put into your cart when adding the Pokemon game? I'm not sure if we should be seeing it in the cart before going through checkout or not.
