I know but when I bought previous games (Fallout 76, disappointing I know, will probably return it) I immediately got the bonus rewards cause I pre ordered when they went up unless this is different. Plus I don't see any pending points

Did anyone order ni no kuni 2 collectors edition from the bandai namco store? I was charged a few weeks ago so I'm wondering if anyone's order has shipped or gotten some sort of tracking number since the release is a week from now. 

So will Bestbuy update my instore pick up pre order. It still says payment validated, hopefully it will be ready before midnight tomorrow. Anything think that BB will screw people out of their pre orders?

so I got my limited edition and I saw the printing on the bigger lunchbox was uneven on one side...can I get a replacement or am I just being too picky
