Yeah, the Best Buy CE does include the comic and all the rest of the BB exclusives. I saw the packaging for both versions and both regular and CE has the same exclusives. The comic looks pretty thick.

You'll get the $20 RZ certificate on either version preordered as long as its the same game. All first shipment copies have the BB exclusives including the CE. The regular ones even come in a special thick packaging. So you don't have to preorder it.
