Not necessarily, there are many different folks here. I am a light gamer and I am on my 5th machine. On average I game at most 4 to 5 hours / week. My machine gets equal use as a DVD player though if not more occasionally.

On my 5th Xbox. 3 died the RROD symptoms. 1 had the DVD tray die. 5th one has HDMI port and was cheaper so BB gave me $50 back.

Same here, I emailed them again, and got the lame response it takes 4 to 6 weeks, even though it's been about 8 weeks. Are they scamming us?
