Does it take them longer to change the status on accessories? Sent in 15 Xbox 360 games and one Xbox 360 controller. All 15 games have been paid for good condition, the controller still shows not yet received. This was all one package.

My copy is for Xbox 360. Just got a response: "...we'll send your promotional certificate via e-mail within ten business days after the game releases."

Mine had the Co-Op Mission Pack/Max Payne advertisement, the game manual, and the map. That was it. Looked through everything to see if it was stuck inside any of the other stuff, nothing.

No code for me in the box. No mention of it whatsoever. I just emailed Amazon.

I was planning on renting this one, but for this price I'll go ahead and pick it up. Thank you Newegg....
