just an update.....got my replacement today from Amazon. Everything's good now as this one has a cd key. Only prob is the replacement came with the traditional black pc case and not the pimp ass orange color. Can't win 'em all, I guess =)

same thing happened to me, but instead of contacting Valve, I hit up Amazon. A new copy is already on its way. I seriously hope Amazon doesn't have a bunch of copies that someone in the factory forgot to put the cards in.

I got Casshern on dvd as well last week and it's already on the way back. I don't know but my experience hasn't really been bad. I e-mailed them, then later that day I recieved an e-mail with a link to print out a postage paid form. I'll update if I don't get my money.

You're lucky in that you can find stuff you wanted. It's pretty much luck of the draw if any of the EB/GS around me have more than 5 bds or hd-dvds in stock. Even luckier if it's a movie I want.
